Biographical Information

Billie Ratliff, LCSW is the Director Behavioral Health UCHealth Southern Region.  Billie has been working in the Behavioral Health Department at Memorial for 18 years and in the field of behavioral health 41 years.  Billie obtained a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Washington University St. Louis and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado. Billie is a candidate for a Doctor of Behavioral Health. In 2010, Billie was part of Memorial behavioral health leadership restructuring the patient care model for delivery of best practice care to behavioral health patients in an acute medical setting.  Billie is active on numerous community committees related to improving the lives of individuals who live with Mental Illness. Billie is a certified Trauma Informed Care instructor and mentor. Billie is an instructor in the School of Social Work for UCCS. Hobbies include reading, quilting, and paper crafting.
